Designed by architect José Carlos Cruz, Foliage is Fercopor's new luxury development in Foz do Douro — the developer's first project in this area. Set amid the verdant landscape of Rua do Crasto, a few steps from the sea, it pairs proximity to nature with an exclusive character and a sophisticated, contemporary architecture. Conceived as a harmonious balance between refined living and the green setting of the street, the project unfolds across two buildings with a total of 28 apartments in 2BR, 3BR and 4BR typologies. The ground-floor units enjoy private gardens and large glazed openings, while the upper apartments offer generous balconies that favour natural light and open space.
